December Daily Pages 1-10

As mentioned it my previous post, here are pages 1-10 of my December Daily album. Patterned papers are from the Christmas stack last year at Joann's, and also American Crafts.
I bought a 12x12 sheet of transparency at my local scrapbook store. Cut it in half, punched holes to fit album, added a snowflake rub-on and then a number sticker.

December Daily 2009

Today, I finished my December Daily album! I'm really excited about this project, it's the first time I've done it. Ali Edwards came up with this idea a few years ago and you can get more details on it along with pictures of her albums on her blog.

The idea of this whole project, is to document each day from December 1st until Christmas day. The 25 days of Christmas. During the month of November you put the album together so that it is ready come December 1st. Less work for you later--basic principle.

Here is the front of the album!
I used the Bo Bunny 9x9 bare naked binder. Covered it with patterened paper from last years Christmas Stack (purchased at Joann's) Added some ribbon, then the number and wording is from Creative Imaginations. All the numbers throughout the book were used from this company. Cardstock stickers, coordinating numbers, I figured it was perfect for this album!
More pics to come. All 25 pages :)

Peachy Cheap Package

Just received my package in the mail from Peachy Cheap. I ordered this kit a couple weeks ago. It's the KI Memories Mega Holiday Kit, it was offered on their site a while back. I just LOVE all of it. It was a great deal! Packaged perfectly! I highly recommend ordering from them.

Visit their site to see their daily deal. Peachy Cheap

(copied from their site) The kit includes over 2,159 pieces in Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentines Day themes. The kit contains almost 4lbs of paper alone (113 sheets). It includes double-sided patterned papers, double sided cardstock, cardstock alpha and accent stickers, domed epoxy alphas, designer paper clips, glitter brads, letter sequins, heart and star rhinestones, printed ribbon, and rub-ons.

I'm really looking forward to using all this stuff-- it's going to keep me busy for quite some time!

$1 Scrapbook Supplies

Came across this website, Scrapbuck, that sells over 1500 items at a $1 a piece. They offer a flat shipping rate of $7.99 no matter what you spend!

I'm always keeping my eye out for great deals, seeing that scrapbooking can be a costly hobbie, as many of you know!

I also suggest going to Frugalities.. they have different deals everyday, currently they are offering 40% off ALL their items!

Today & Always Digital LO

Made this digital lo this morning. I used the Jessica Sprague, "Echoes of Asia" freebie download from the Creating Keepsakes website. This is my first time "scraplifting" a LO, I really like the ways she desiged her page. This is her original:

"Dear Daddy" First digital Layout

Just completed my very first digital layout. I've always done the traditional paper scrapbooking, but I'm slowly learning how to do the digital. I'll always be a fan of the paper style sb'ing, but digital is fun every once in a while. Layout took me roughly 20-25 minutes to do!

I used the Miss Mint digital kit, "Daditude"
